INVITATION FROM THE CHAIR

On behalf of the Organising Committee, it is my pleasure to invite you to participate in the 7th Australian Summer Grains Conference (ASGC) to be held at RACV Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast from 12–14 July 2027.

The Australian Summer Grains Conference has become the premier forum for collaboration across Australia’s summer cropping industries. Previous conferences held in 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, 2023 and 2025 have brought together growers, researchers, agronomists, marketers and industry leaders to explore the latest developments in production, technology, markets and farming systems.

The 2027 conference will once again be delivered through the successful joint venture partnership representing the major summer crops — sorghum, maize, sunflower, soybean and mungbean — while also expanding to include complementary rotational crops such as cotton and canola.

Under the theme:

“Transforming Challenges into Sustainable Farm Profitability – Taking Summer Grains to the World”

the conference will showcase leading Australian and international speakers, innovative technologies, and practical solutions supporting profitable and sustainable farming systems.

With an anticipated 380+ delegates, ASGC 2027 provides a unique platform for organisations to connect with growers, agronomists, researchers and supply chain stakeholders from across Australia and internationally.

Sponsorship of the Australian Summer Grains Conference provides organisations with valuable opportunities to:

  • Build meaningful relationships with growers and industry stakeholders

  • Showcase innovations and services to a targeted agricultural audience

  • Increase brand visibility across the summer grains sector

  • Engage directly with decision-makers and farm businesses

  • Support the advancement of Australia’s summer cropping industries

The exhibition will once again play a central role in the conference, providing outstanding networking and marketing opportunities across the program.

I encourage you to consider the opportunities outlined in this prospectus and join us as a valued partner of ASGC 2027.

I look forward to welcoming you to the Gold Coast in July 2027.

Yours sincerely
